If you are friends with this mom, then you know she is one of the greatest friends you have ever had. She is that to me. But she is also more than that. She is the friend I do life with. She's the friend that is beside me at mile 12 (the hardest, most mentally difficult mile) to challenge me and encourage me. She's the friend I can talk Bible with and pray with. Advice...she's one of the first calls. And my boys are birth friends with her boys. Anywhere we go, if this family is there, it's 'the best day ever.' So there is no award for this family. She is the award. Her and her family.

And by the way, news said later this was the windiest and coldest day of the year. As a result, it was also the shortest session to date.
